Hollywood’s movie kids of America have a message today. Kirsten Dunst in New York Magazine shares that her costar Ryan Gosling in All Good Things is “kind and adorable, yet also really dark and weird and manipulative. Everything you’d want in an actor.”
Ryan adds: “Some of us are tired of all the sissies in this town. The ones who go along, flow with the flow, line up where they’re told to line up at. The studios want you to make the same movie over and over again—if that’s the movie they liked, that’s the movie you should keep making but every movie I make is the first and last. It’s important for me to think that the things you’ve made, they’re in the past. It’s what you’re making now that matters.”
Ironically, Ryan Gosling is cast as a real estate scion who murders his wife, Kirsten Dunst in their film.
Not a light movie then. Perhaps an apt film for the real estate sector right now.
