ET Online is reporting, that Sherry Johnston, mother of Levi Johnston has been sentenced to 5 years jail, from an arrest in December 2008.
Her lawyer tells ET that Levi and his sister Mercede were on hand for their mother’s sentencing, and the judge called this a mitigated and unusual case. The state said they expect Sherry to do well on probation.
Sherry Johnston will serve 2 years jail time and is expected to carry out three years probation.
