Twilight filler sells. Because Twilight films (like New Moon) take too long to come out at the movies, there’s a big need for more entertainment texts based on best selling vampire books.
Congratulations to Kevin Williamson, and the cast of The Vampire Diaries, whose hit series has been greenlit for another season.
The Vampire Diaries is like ‘diet True Blood TV fodder’ for teens. A good show. Great writing, beautiful love plots, hung on great LA eye candy, with a tasteful soundtrack playing in the background always. A total winner of a show made on a quarter of a budget than Gossip Girl, for Paramount Pictures CW network and with better ratings too.
Smart TV always makes us want to Scream 4 joy here in Hollywood. Clever. Such clever, should be always rewarded to grow LA.
And the good people of LA make sure it is, every time they see it. Vampires are like angels, they too can inspire ratings to fly in Hollywood. Congrats CW. Come on Gossip Girl, lift your A-game in New York!
