Rafael is making an effort to customize their marketing to the target audience. That the lyrics are in English is not unusual given that English would probably be the single common language between India and Israel. I support both India and Israel defense objectives so I guess I am more likely to view efforts like this more favorably. In any event I give lots of credit to Rafael for coming up with a fresh idea like this. It shows that they’re constantly thinking, innovating. The video missed with some people but not others. I got the message.
