Megan Fox falls victim to men’s guilty consciences. She’s like chocolate, apparently. You can only have so much at once.

Megan Fox’s hotness and sudden rise in popularity has caused several guy-focused websites to join in on Megan Fox Media media blackout day. AOL‘s men’s lifestyle/humor site Asylum.com;as well as Ask MenJust a Guy Thing and Double Viking — have named Aug. 4 as the day they won’t feature Megan Fox.

Fox has covered many magazine’s including Esquire, Empire, Maxim, GQ UK,Entertainment Weekly and Elle this year.

“You can have too much of a good thing,” says AskMen.com’s Editor-in-Chief James Bassil, who tells us, “We’re joining in the media blackout and giving our readers a one-day reprieve from the woman we’ve been drowning in all summer.”

Questions: Can you still have media ‘blackout’ days, in a country with its first black president like Barack Obama one asks? (It’s a new day!) Let alone single out one young lady to be at fault for male audiences (and the media’s) obsession with T & A.

Why blame Megan Fox for that? Robert Pattinson of Twilight has been on just as many magazine covers in the world. Perhaps we still live in a world, where women are still blamed so easily for male over-obsessions, when guys get away with the same things we accuse women for, unquestioned.

On August 4th, horiwood.com will be running Megan Fox and Robert Pattinson news. It’s not Megan’s fault she was naturally blessed in the gene pool of pretty! To discriminate against her for that, is ridiculous!

Life is like a box of chocolates, Forrest Gump once famously said. We’re so glad Megan Fox types and Hollywood ‘un-pretty’ types like Kathy Griffin (God bless her!) exist in the same box to entertain us each day.

Leave Megan alone. Next the same men’s media outlets will be calling for a conservatorship to preserve Megan’s hotness for their own needs, obsessions, wants and whims. Who would have thought that a brunette Marilyn Monore walks among us in Hollywood LA, again? Props Megan! While pop stars like Lady Gaga, sing about life in the fame game, you’ve already arrived at the top of the class honey, in it! A++.
