Britney SPears has just announced on Fox News, that her Circus Tour will be returning to the USA. Philadelphia, Las, Vegas, New York and LA is where Spears will perform encore performances.
Britney also announced that her LA estate which was on the market for S7.9 million a year ago, is up for grabs now at $6.5 million.
Spears Circus Tour returns to The Staples Center on September 23rd 2009.
