According to reports, Liam Neeson is in talks to play the head honch, Col. John “Hannibal” Smith in the movie remake of The A-Team for 20th Century Fox.
Box office hot property, Bradley Cooper of the #1 flm, The Hang Over has been approached to play the role of Lt. Templeton “Faceman” Peck in the Joe Carnahan-directed pic based on the 1980s TV series. If both stars leap into the A-Team, they will begin filming early September for a June, 2010 release.
Sounds good already, if these two actors lead a star line up. It could be a big franchise film series. Who knows? Twilight, Harry Potter and films like Lord of The Rings show just how lucrative film franchises and stars and directors who think in series, just really are in the future.
