Only Katy Perry could be this ridiculous and get away with it, saying to the Japanese people, “eat me” with her quirky fashion sense. It’s like Twilight’s Kristen Stewart dressing up as a cheeseburger, here in America.
Both funny and totally ridiculous, but we love it!
