Versatility is the name of the game when it comes to the creation of successful action sequences and rising action heroes. Look no further than Taylor Lautner, who is of Ottawa and Potawatomi First Nations Indian ancestry.

Twilight’s new moon director, Chris Weitz, is so impressed with Taylor Lautner’s spontaneously ability to add to an action scene as Taylor creates new action on that spot that Weitz saw it as being fundamental to New Moon that Taylor was afforded the liberty to improvise  where it counts.

Weitz loved what Lautner brought to the table to depict his werewolf-fueled fight scenes. Taylor Lautner has finally earned the title that he was born to carry: action hero.

“A lot of things I had fun with was the action,” Lautner said on the red carpet at the MTV Movie Awards. “I was always finding cool ways to put some action in Jacob’s role.
