“Welcome to the Bill and George Show” was how George W. Bush introduced his guest appearance to 5,000 people in Toronto with fellow former President, Bill Clinton.
George, is one funny man… Here’s what he said:
Bush said that leaving the White House was like going from “100 miles an hour to zero.”
“A fellow walked up and said,’Hey, has anybody ever told you look like George W. Bush?’ I said, ‘It happens all the time.’ He said, ‘It sure must make you mad.’”
Nice to see Bush has got a sense of humor. It helps! The two former Presidents were paid $150,000 each to appear, (as much as Paris Hilton gets for turning up in a Vegas night club) and they turned on a good show. [source]
