Now that hip hop artist and mogul, Jay-Z has quit his record label Def Jam records, will he take pop princess Rihanna with him? Ever the diplomat, like his Queen and wife Beyonce, Jay-Z says that his time at Def Jam was “a unique and fulfilling experience.”

Of course, Jay-Z will set up his own record label, with himself and Rihana at the helm. He’ll sign up every hot and emerging hip hop artist in the biz, and he’ll be the male equivalent of Oprah Winfrey’s OWN channel, of the hip hop, recording artist set in the World. Congrats Jay Z!
